Agregat and STiM companies joined the cartel and also entered into an anti-competitive agreement with the customer - the Capital Construction Department of the Republic of Khakassia.
It should be reminded that earlier, the FAS Russia recognized the state public institution of the Republic of Khakassia, department of capital construction, LLC "Agregat", and LLC "STiM" as violating the Law on Protection of Competition in the implementation of the national project "Healthcare". The restriction of competition led to the maintenance of prices in the tenders for the supply and installation of modular obstetric stations and outpatient clinics and a reduction in the number of potential bidders.
Courts of two instances upheld the decision of the antimonopoly service.
The customer and participants in trade procedures for the supply and installation of modular obstetric stations and a medical outpatient clinic in Khakassia were fined in the amount of 10,505,840 rubles. In addition, officials were fined 100,000 rubles.
