Myths of legal monopoly, or a tale of why innovation does not develop in Russia
The author addresses three myths, on which, as on three whales, the intellectual property protection regime established in post-Soviet Russia is based, aimed at serving the interests of global monopolies to the detriment of the interests of the Russian economy and society, including innovative start-ups. These are myths about legal monopoly, the great incentive and the good foreign investor.
