The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) of Russia opened two cases of violation of antimonopoly laws against ten companies providing technical support and information security services: - "FAS Russia initiated cases of violation of the antimonopoly legislation against ESLab LLC, Normos XXI LLC, NTC Electron-Service LLC, Krastol LLC, as well as Legion Pro LLC, Alfakom LLC, Main Information Security Center, KSK Technologies LLC, Inter-Technologies LLC and Anser Pro LLC".

As the service notes, the information received from the General Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation served as the basis for initiating office work. It is specified that in the course of the audit, signs of the conclusion and implementation of anti-competitive agreements were revealed in the actions of the aforementioned organizations: -"According to the department, the companies supported the prices at the auctions in the markets for the supply of electronic computer equipment and the provision of consulting services, technical support and security in the field of information technology. The total amount of contracts amounted to more than 1 billion rubles".

The department also indicated that if the guilt of these companies is proven, they face turnover fines in accordance with the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
