This week, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council of the People's Republic of China published "Opinions on the Enhanced Formation of a Civilized Internet", while information platforms signed the "Convention on Self-Discipline to Create a Clean Cultural Environment on the Internet". An information platform about cybersecurity gaps and threats has been launched in China. The platform was laid by the Chinese Academy of Information and Communication Technology. Meituan and Ele.me had filed lawsuits against each other in different courts early last week on food delivery allegations of unfair competition.
