The article characterizes Brazil's foreign policy in the first half of Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva's third presidential term (2023-2024). Attention is paid to the priority areas of the country's foreign policy, as well as the approach of Brazilian diplomacy to contemporary international political crises. Lula's government is engaged in a ‘reconstruction’ of foreign policy after the controversial period of Jair Bolsonaro's presidency. The efforts are bearing fruit, and Brazil has managed to reach a positive tone of dialog on many fronts. Brazil's international stance is characterized by neutrality, attention to international institutions and the environmental agenda, so as a predisposition to cooperation. Brazilian diplomacy is cautious about the Ukrainian crisis and pro-Palestinian in its assessment of the PalestinianIsraeli conflict.
