The company violated the ban on advertising services for writing graduate qualification papers
Earlier, the service received a citizen's application with a complaint about the advertising of the organization "Work 5", which provided services for writing essays, term papers and graduation theses. Advertising was distributed in the search engine Yandex.
Placing advertisements of services for the preparation of works for state scientific certification or examinations in educational institutions is prohibited by law.*
FAS of Russia initiated a case on the grounds of violation of the Law on Advertising against the advertiser Work 5 and the advertiser Yandex LLC. If a violation is established, the organizations will be held administratively liable in accordance with the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
