Megafon, Beeline and Tele2 reported on the execution of the authority's warning.

It should be reminded that in September 2023, the authority issued warnings to the "big four" mobile operators about the cancellation of fees for sharing Internet traffic from mobile devices through hotspot.

As a result, three out of four operators reported that they were ready to execute it.

Since October 23, 2023, Megafon has canceled the fee on all tariff plans. At the same time during the month there may be some technical failures related to cancellation of tariffing of the distribution function.

Due to the need to complete the technical processes for the reconfiguration of tariff plans, Beeline and Tele2 operators provided information to FAS Russia about the deadlines for the execution of warnings.

Thus, from November 22, 2023, Tele2 will cancel the fee for new subscriber connections, from December 19, 2023 the fee will be canceled for all existing subscribers.

By December 1, 2023, Beeline will cancel the fee on all tariff plans with limited Internet packages. With regard to tariff plans with unlimited Internet, the company evaluates the timeframe for the technical implementation of the possibility of cancelling fee. The company will also inform the authority about the results by December 1, 2023.

Taking into account the deadlines for technical implementation, it was decided to extend the deadlines for the execution of warnings.

MTS has notified FAS Russia that there is no infringement of subscribers' interests in its actions.
