Russian Yandex has united its product services into a single business line. It includes "Market", "Food", "Lavka" and "Market Delivery", follows from the company's press release.
The services will utilize each other's logistics infrastructure, thereby creating synergies.
"The combined team will continue to improve the unit economics of Market, Food, Lavka and Deliveri and strengthen their technological integration. For example, end-to-end recommendation algorithms will be created — they will allow to form for people personalized selections of goods based on their previous purchases on different sites Yandex,"

Yandex notes that the new approach will create more convenient delivery methods for users of their services. Also, a single business area will develop express delivery. ""Market", "Food", "Lavka" and "Market Delivery" will join forces to connect more stores and expand the range of goods with ultra-fast delivery," added in Yandex.
The e-commerce division will be part of the e-commerce and logistics services business group. It will be headed by Roman Maresov, who was previously responsible for Food and Deliveri.
