The agreement provides for cooperation between the parties in the analytical, expert, educational and innovation areas in priority areas for the socio-economic development of the Russian Federation.

The document was signed by the head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia Maxim Shaskolsky and the rector of the Moscow M.V. Lomonosov State University Victor Sadovnichy.

Under the agreement, the parties will jointly conduct scientific research and conferences, interact on the development of state programs and the introduction of new technologies for collecting and processing data, as well as assist in the training of highly qualified specialists.

In addition, with the assistance of Moscow State University a number of professional retraining programs will be implemented on the basis of the Educational and Methodological Center of the FAS Russia. At the same time, the department will become a platform for practical training of university students.

As Maxim Shaskolsky noted, the consolidation of resources of Moscow State University and the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia will provide an opportunity to make the educational process of both university students and service employees more practice-oriented. For example, training in the field of procurement activities can be implemented with the involvement of the leading specialists of the FAS Russia in the field of procurement.

As part of the agreement, it is planned to implement an advanced training course under the contract system, aimed at heads of state bodies and interested organizations. In the future, it is planned to expand the coverage of additional professional programs in such areas as antimonopoly compliance, analysis of commodity markets, antimonopoly regulation in the housing and communal services sector and others.
