The Law of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in Russia: The Search for a Reference Point
The authors consider the problem of growing inequality as one of the most striking manifestations of the new stage of the industrial revolution in Russia and the world. In this context, the article examines the effectiveness of legal means of responding to this challenge. In particular, the authors study the issues of mechanistic and limited capacity of the legal system to regulate the economy of the new technological mode, and propose new approaches to revitalize the legal fabric of economic regulation and adapt the Russian legal system to the needs of the digital economy.
